The Foreign Minister's Award (abbrev. FMA) is a "Second Highest Gallantry" award issued to qualifying civilian Diplomatic Corps and Special Intelligence Service personnel with paygrades of C-11 or higher.

Equivalent precedence awards

Civilian personnel with paygrades up to C-10 are awarded the Distinguished Honor Award.
