DIR-CIV-0013 was issued 14 July 2023 by the [[Home Secretary]].  This directive delineates the nomenclature for civilian chapters and civilian chapter leaders.

To better align the [[Civilian Corps]] in a similar, but independent format from the Military chain of command, the following terminology will be instituted.<ref>Table formatting not present in original Forum post, added for clarity</ref>

The Head of each group will be titled the Secretary, i.e., Quadrant Secretary, etc. The Deputy will be titled the Undersecretary, i.e., Quadrant Undersecretary, etc.
