Re: HOD 004-24 Appointment of Draco Quadrant Secretary<br>

As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Empress of Manticore, Elizabeth III, I hereby announce the creation of the Draco Quadrant. Quadrants are the Civilian Corps [[Fleet]] Equivalent. The Draco Quadrant is the Civilians Corps first quadrant. With this order the Embassy Nouveau Paris is assigned to the Draco Quadrant.

I hereby Appoint Sir Christopher Vicchitto RMN-3699-16, to the position of Quadrant Secretary of the Draco Quadrant. Effective this date, 10 February 2024. He is breveted to paygrade/rank of Special Envoy ([[Diplomatic Corps]]) [[C-18]] ([[F-2]] equivalent).

Sir Christopher Vicchitto, Special Envoy, you are hereby ordered to report to the offices of the [[Home Secretary]], City of Landing, Manticore, post haste, to receive processing to assume your duties as Quadrant Secretary of the Draco Quadrant.
