Meeting called to order at 16:31 PM Eastern

===Roll Call – Secretary===
All voting Board Members present. Matthew Parker absent with apologies.

===Special Meeting Action Item===
Review of the recently completed TRMN Member Survey, including white paper issued by the Office of the President
The Board reviewed the survey results
#Results included the white paper itself, as well as a presentation provided by the Office of the President
#The President talked through the presentation, which will be provided to the membership as a whole
#The Board discussed various items that were brought up through these results.
##Ensure that all members have this information disseminated to them
##Continue to engage members on various platforms
##Support for members with respect to recognition, including standardization of awards to provide transparency
##Leadership quiescence is important to limit and reduce
##The Board will direct further parts through its committees
###A motion was made that the Board accept the white paper and that the Board adopt the recommendations of the white paper as an interim action plan for the organization

####A roll call vote was taken – 9 Ayes, 0 Nays, 0 Abstentions; the vote was unanimous

===Confirmation of a new Seventh Space Lord (BuSup)===

Rob Marshall was the name that was put forward by the Executive Committee
Motion to accept the report of the Executive Committee and appoint Rob Marshall as the head of the Bureau of Supply
#Moved by Zach McCauley, seconded by Geoff Strayer
#The Board had light discussion, with Zach McCauley, the prior EVP who started the selection process, concurring with the work done to select Rob Marshall
#A roll call vote was taken – 8 Ayes, 0 Nays, 0 Abstentions; the Chair did not vote.
#Zach asked the Chair to recognize the struggles with the Seventh Space Lord role in the interim.  The chair agreed and related that:
##Specifically, Ben Wagner stepped up while the process was being worked.
##When Ben was hospitalized, Kevin Mortimer was tapped to help out while Ben was in and out of the hospital
##The store was moved from Minneapolis to the Chicago metro area during this time with the help of Kerry Kuhn, Chris Holloway, and Zach McCauley
##Finally, the selection process was completed by the current EVP, Colin Lloyd, and the Executive Committee

===Status of the TRMN Wiki (Mantipedia)===
The Chair explained the status of the Wiki and concerns expressed by certain members. Information was provided by Timber Lupindo, Chris Magnani, Michael Garcia, and others
Executive Session to discuss the matter.
The Board entered Executive Session at 17:46 PM Eastern

===Public Action on the Special Meeting Action Items may be taken.===
Motion: The Board acknowledges that all parties involved in the current Mantipedia wiki dispute have acted out of a desire to improve TRMN and better serve its members. Such efforts, however, must be coordinated through established organizational channels. Accordingly, the Board affirms that organization-wide wiki content shall be maintained through the official TRMN wiki under BuComm. Tenth Fleet may maintain a fleet-specific wiki, provided organization-wide content is referenced by hyperlink to the official TRMN wiki rather than separately maintained or duplicated. The Board further encourages the parties involved to work cooperatively toward reconciliation and future collaboration, with the Executive Vice President serving as mediator as necessary.
