As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Drew Drentlaw as Second Space Lord in charge of the Bureau of Planning, with the rank of Rear Admiral of the Red, effective 6-JUL-13.<br />

This Officer is now afforded the honours and privileges associated with the above Billets, Ranks and Title.<br />
<br />
This Officer is now directed to take charge of the Bureau of Planning with the express direction of bringing on staff to assist with the planning and strategizing for upcoming conventions.<br />
<br />
Additionally, with this order, the Office of Staff Logistics Officer under the First Lord of the Admiralty is transferred to the Office of the Second Space Lord to consolidate all event planning under one Office.<br />
