Admiralty Order 1904-01 was issued 01 Apr 2019 by the fla. This order creates a Micronation.
Order Text
As of the publication of this Order, the following is effective:
The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. (herein after TRMN), being set up with a functioning form of government in the form of a Royal Council, Houses of Parliament, a functioning Defense organization, and various Civilian functions, shall from this day forth also function as the newly established Micronation formally known as The Star Kingdom of Manticore, under the authority of Article 3 of the Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States.

This Micronation shall be organized identically to TRMN, and any changes effected to TRMN will be in effect for the Star Empire of Manticore as well. Citizenship in the Star Empire of Manticore is automatic as a member of TRMN and does not rescind or revoke your Citizenship in any other country or nation you belong to.

Currently, the Star Empire of Manticore owns a 1’ x 1’ plot of land on Hawaii 2.0 which has, as of this Admiralty Order, been bequeathed to the Star Empire by one of its citizens.

The Constitution of the Star Empire of Manticore shall consist of its Membership Handbook and Admiralty Orders.

Any questions on this Admiralty Order should be addressed to the Office of the First Lord of the Admiralty as the Authority for this topic.

In Honour of the Queen!
