1st Lieutenant Cauffman (RMN-6726-21) is hereby directed and required to report to King William's Tower, assuming the position of Intelligence Officer. Lieutenant Cauffman will serve as the primary contact between the Army and the [[Bureau of Planning]]. Due to the nature of this position, I authorize a brevet promotion to the rank of Captain (O-3).<br />
