By the authority of the [[Third Space Lord]], [[Admiral]] of the Green [[Lord]] [[Sir]] John Roberts, [[KDE]], [[OR]], [[SC]], Earl New Mecklenburg, the following personnel are to be assigned accordingly:
* [[S2C]] John Gilfillan, is appointed as Executive Officer, relieving [[CDR]] Marc Easterly, [[RMN]].

The [[Bureau of Ships]] wishes to extend its thanks and appreciation to [[Commander]] Easterly for his service as Executive Officer of HMS ''Titan''.

Furthermore, the following personnel are adjusted in rank according to BuShips and BuPers policies:
