For meritorious service to the [[Bureau of Ships]], [[Captain (jg)]] [[Sir]] Justin Dupras, [[KE]], [[OG]], [[GS]], [[RMN]], has performed his duty as Small Craft Liaison above expectations for the year of 2016. He has worked hard with all [[Pinnace|pinnaces]] and [[LAC|LACs]] through the journey of formation and commissioning, from their own launch to the joy of upgrading to [[hyper-capable]] vessels in their own right. His attentiveness and care has garnered the praise of several [[Fleet Commander|Fleet Commanding Officers]], LAC COs, and the current and former Deputy [[Third Space Lord|Third Space Lords]].
