Effective as of 0001 Hours on 19 August 2017, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the commissioning of HMS ''Hawk'' (CA-428). This is an Edward Saganami-C Class heavy cruiser and is assigned to the [[Home Fleet]] (Ft. Erie, ON, Canada).<br />
