You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard {{gns|Joshua|DD-18|hcn}}, there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer, relieving [[Commander]] Neil Simpson, GSN, in service to the Protector. Fail not in this charge at your peril.<br />

Based upon the requirements of the service for your new billet, you are hereby breveted to the rank of [[LIEUTENANT COMMANDER]], RMN.<br />

Additionally, you are further directed to make the following appointments to your command staff:<br />
