In accordance with [[Admiralty Order 1503-02 | AO 1503-02]] and as of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the [[Sovereign]], [[Queen of Manticore]] [[Elizabeth III]] all contact with the Commandant’s office must be done in accordance with AO 1503-02. All Marines must follow the chain of command when contacting the [[Commandant]]. In this case the first point of contact for the Commandant’s office is to be [[Colonel]] Bryar Nelson, the Commandant’s Chief of Staff.

Colonel Nelson will then determine the proper course of action and route the inquiry to the proper member of the Commandant’s staff.

The above effective 0000 hrs. 06 APR, 2015.
