As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby call upon the members of the RMMC and the RMN who wish to participate in the RMMC to step forward and apply for the following billet:<br />

All applicants must be a member of the The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. in good standing. Letters of interest must be received by me at dant@rmmc.trmn.org for the above position by August 31, 2013. In the letters of interest please indicate which positions if any are currently held within the RMN, RMMC, and other fan associations. Appointment will be made on or about September 15, 2013.<br />
