The Royal Marine Corps does not wish to stifle the ability of our [[MARDET]]s to role play their way through the [[Honorverse]], but we must do so in such a manner that ensures the stability of the unit, the [[RMMC]], and [[tRMN]] as a whole. Therefore as of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the [[Sovereign]], [[Queen of Manticore]] [[Elizabeth III]], and in accordance with [[Admiralty Order 1204-04]] I hereby establish the following policy with regards to MARDETs changing echelon sizes.

Any MARDET wishing to upgrade echelon size must wait a minimum of three months before changing echelon sizes.

The above effective 28-JUNE-14.
