As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby establish the following uniforms:&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Uniforms enhance the experience of belonging to the association by setting the mood and getting people into character. Above all it allows us to be distinguished from everybody else; it helps us stand out from a crowd. With that said the following uniforms for the RMMC are hereby established;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Class A Officers Mess Dress Uniform&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
This is the civilian equivalent to a tuxedo or suit. This uniform should be worn at formal occasions, such as state dinners, etc...&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Description&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
# &amp;lt;u&amp;gt;Shirt:&amp;lt;/u&amp;gt; The shirt is a light green turtleneck type.&lt;br /&gt;
# &amp;lt;u&amp;gt;Trousers:&amp;lt;/u&amp;gt; The trousers are dark green and are fairly loose and straight cut to just below the knee, at which point they flare out and are bloused into low-topped space boots. Trousers are untrimmed and seams are picked out in gold piping.&lt;br /&gt;
# &amp;lt;u&amp;gt;Tunic: &amp;lt;/u&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
## &amp;#039;&amp;#039;Colonel and above:&amp;#039;&amp;#039; The tunic is black, double-breasted tunic (which seals up the right side and has relatively long skirts which fall to the upper thigh). The tunic collar is &amp;quot;Prussian&amp;quot; in style-high, round, and tight. The tunic&amp;#039;s tailoring is slightly wasp-waisted, and bears thin gold piping up either side of the cross-over front panel. The length of the tunic is such that it is almost frock-coat length. A golden sash is worn over the tunic. &lt;br /&gt;
## &amp;#039;&amp;#039;Lt. Colonel and below:&amp;#039;&amp;#039; The same as above however without the golden sash. &lt;br /&gt;
## &amp;#039;&amp;#039;All ranks:&amp;#039;&amp;#039; The left shoulder of the tunic normally bears the name and hull number of the wearer&amp;#039;s current ship (i.e. HMS Fearless, CL-56) in an &amp;quot;upside-down&amp;quot; horseshoe arrangement immediately below the shoulder seam. The right shoulder bears the gold-and-scarlet Manticore badge of the RMN. Collar insignia are worn on the tunic&amp;#039;s collar, not the blouse’s, but the same insignia may be worn on an embroidered patch on the left chest of the blouse, immediately above the pocket.&lt;br /&gt;
# &amp;lt;u&amp;gt;Boots, black:&amp;lt;/u&amp;gt; Any military style low-topped boots black in color.&lt;br /&gt;
# &amp;lt;u&amp;gt;Headgear:&amp;lt;/u&amp;gt; Beret, dark green in color. The beret breaks to the right and bears the RMMC Crest, all on a scarlet field-as a flash on the left side of the band. &lt;br /&gt;
# &amp;lt;u&amp;gt;Medals, ribbons and qualification badges:&amp;lt;/u&amp;gt; Medals, ribbons and qualification badges are worn on the left breast of the tunic.&lt;br /&gt;
# &amp;lt;u&amp;gt;Sword:&amp;lt;/u&amp;gt; All officer ranks wear an officer’s sword. Style and type will be determined at a later date:&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;

This is the civilian equivalent to a suit. This uniform should be worn when working or when dress uniforms would be impractical.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;

This is the civilian equivalent to outdoor work clothes. This uniform should be worn when drilling or working outside or when wearing Class A or B uniforms would be impractical.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Description&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&lt;br /&gt;
# &amp;lt;u&amp;gt;Shirt:&amp;lt;/u&amp;gt; The shirt is a black t-shirt with the wording and imagery as depicted on the t-shirt that is available for purchase from the Royal Manitcoran Navy Spreadshirt store.&lt;br /&gt;
# &amp;lt;u&amp;gt;Trousers, BDU style:&amp;lt;/u&amp;gt; The trousers are either forest green or olive drab in color. Camouflage patterned trousers are NOT authorized for wear. Trousers shall be bloused into the boots.&lt;br /&gt;
# &amp;lt;u&amp;gt;Belt:&amp;lt;/u&amp;gt; Military friction style belt, black with color with brass buckle.&lt;br /&gt;
# &amp;lt;u&amp;gt;Boots, black:&amp;lt;/u&amp;gt; Any military style low-topped boots black in color. &lt;br /&gt;
# &amp;lt;u&amp;gt;Headgear:&amp;lt;/u&amp;gt; Beret, dark green in color. The beret breaks to the right and bears the RMMC Crest, all on a scarlet field-as a flash on the left side of the band. &lt;br /&gt;
# &amp;lt;u&amp;gt;Medals, ribbons and qualification badges:&amp;lt;/u&amp;gt; These items are NOT worn on this uniform.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;u&amp;gt;Cold weather variant:&amp;lt;/u&amp;gt; In cold weather a green commando style sweater may be worn over a black long sleeved t-shirt.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
