By my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby order the re-constitution and re-activation of a Marine Detachment aboard HMS Chainshot (DD-372), [[CAPTJG]] Joseph Harney commanding, effective 09 JUL 2016.<br><br />
The Chainshot Marine Detachment will be a Platoon-sized echelon, assigned to 1st Corps, 10th Expeditionary Force, The Lynx Regiment.<br><br />
In order to constitute the Command Staff and to fill the subordinate billets necessary for MarDet Chainshot, the following personnel will be promoted:<br><br />
* [[PFC | Private 1/c]] Michael Houghtaling is hereby brevetted to the rank of [[1LT | 1st Lieutenant]] (O-2) to fill the billet of Platoon Leader, 1st Platoon, MarDet Chainshot.<br><br />
* [[PFC | Private 1/c]] Shauni Houghtaling is hereby brevetted to the rank of [[SSGT | Staff Sergeant]] (E-6) to fill the billet of Platoon Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (Gunny), 1st Platoon, MarDet Chainshot.<br><br />
