In accordance with Admiralty Order 1803-06 Dublin 2019 AKA WorldCon is an Admiralty House event for 4th Fleet. I hereby designate GNS Olympus CL 58 as host ship for this event and request that all officers and crew lend their aid to all members attending said convention. CO Olympus is hereby granted all rights and privileges in regard to the event.<br />
