I am happy to announce the conclusion of the third and final challenge in the 4th fleet's challenge cup. This challenge was the "training" challenge, involving passing rank and rating exams. A great number of exams were passed by all, well done to all involved.<br />

The winner of the third challenge was the {{gns|Paul of Tarsus|DD-56}}, congratulations to you all. As special recognition for the efforts of the St Paul, a ship that only commissioned just before the challenge period, I hereby award the following awards.<br />

As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of Benjamin Bernard Jason Mayhew IX, Protector of Grayson, for exemplary service to the Grayson Space Navy in the training challenge, and standing to their test, I hereby award the following officers the [[Swords_Cross_In_Steel|Sword's Cross in Steel]]:<br />
