As of the date of this order, by my hand, With the Approval of the High Admiral and by the authority of Benjamin Bernard Jason Mayhew IX, Protector of Grayson, The Following personnel are recognised and awarded for their efforts.

Awards Citation (As per collated Reports)

[[DesDiv 413]] was present for MancuniCon (EasterCon 2016) where 10 members attended the Con.over the Easter Bank Holiday. The Fan table we requested was not available as our request seems to have got lost in Cyberspace. Unable to procure a table after we were informed of the lapse, and fully prepared to represent ourselves and TRMN to the participants here, we pulled ourselves up by our bootstraps and made do with what we had: All of our personnel in Con Minimum with leaflet’s and enthusiasm. In what seemed like an unworkable situation, we persevered and initiated a mobile recruitment experience in which we immersed ourselves amongst the convention attendees and promoted the organization, generating considerable interest and recruiting members.

With the unfailing dedication of these personnel in these circumstances, we not only accepted the challenge, but we met our Test, and succeeded and excelled.

It is in regard to these circumstances and for their exceptional exceeding of the expectations upon them that I recommend the following personnel for awards well-merited:
