To assist the Chief of Staff with knowledge and options regarding personnel training and support member training <br />

===Duties===<br />
# Participate in staff meetings as requested by the Chief of Staff<br />
# Liaises with the Sixth Space Lord/BuTrain<br />
# Coordinate activities with all Navy Counselors within the Area of Operations<br />
# Understand training requirements for specialties in RMN (and other services) to help mentor junior personnel<br />
# Check in with chapter commanders on a regular basis to make certain that trainings are promoted and their success is celebrated<br />
# Update Command Staff with training information<br />
# Work closely with Personnel Officer/Unit Commanding Officers to track Time-in-Grade for timely promotions of Fleet personnel<br />

# Strong understanding of BuTrain requirements and procedures<br />
# Excellent Administrative/Organizational skills<br />
# Can-do attitude, responsive to communications & correspondence<br />

# Familiarity with TRMN Forums, Discord, Facebook, G Suite, and other information sources.<br />

# Be a member in good standing in TRMN, within the Area of Operation.<br />
# Hold a minimum rank of O-3 (Lieutenant) or be eligible for promotion by having completed the required coursework<br />
