Purpose & Use

1. To insert a standardized header which provides quick access to the indexes for key BuTrain manual sections.
2. In order index tables: insert {{Butrain manual navbox}} following the disclaimer template and immediately above the table code, and again following the table code.
3. In order/directives: insert {{Butrain manual navbox}} following the disclaimer and any status banner templates.
4. This puts the page into Category:CO Manual
