The Board was created under the Bylaws of TRMN as set forth in Admiralty Order 2307-12 in 2023. The Bylaws define the Board's membership, duties, and officers. They are primarily responsible for the corporate governance of The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc..

The Board of Directors consists of the following members:

President:	Geoff Zoeller	term ending 2027
Executive Vice-President:	Colin Lloyd	term ending 2028
Secretary:	Zachary McCauley	term ending 2027
Treasurer:	Kerry Kuhn	term ending 2028
At Large Members:	J J Brutsman	term ending 2029
	David Misener	term ending 2028
	Kate Regina	term ending 2029
	Geoffrey Strayer	term ending 2027
	Jackie Stuard	term ending 2029
Chief Legal Officer:	Matthew Parker	annual appointment/non-voting
