The Barony of New Halifax is a peerage title awarded by The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc..
New Halifax was created as a title on 26 May 2018<ref name="Elevation">Elevation of Peers at MantiCon 2018 at the TRMN Forums </ref> when Rear Admiral Sir Rob Marshall was created as Baron New Halifax at MantiCon 2018 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
