Re:	Staff Intelligence Officer (Admiralty Order 1209-03)

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Marshall Dallas DeMarr, as Staff Intelligence Officer (FLA), Royal Manticoran Navy, effective 10-SEP-12. This Officer is now afforded the honours and privileges associated with their above Billet and Ranks. In Honour of the Queen!
