At this time, and with regret, I have accepted the resignation of Brigadier General Les Rickard from position of Deputy to the Seventh Space Lord. Thank you for your service and in recognition you are awarded Meritorious Service Medal for this contributions to the Bureau of Supply. We all wish you the best on your future endeavors!
