BuShips Directive 2310-01 was issued on 01 October 2023 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive appoints a new Commanding Officer to HMS Ajax.

To:	All Officers, Enlisted, and Civilians within the Star Kingdom of Manticore, as well as those Allied with Her Majesty, the Sovereign Queen, Elizabeth III.
From:	VADM Sir Justin Dupras, Third Space Lord
Re:	Appointment of Command Staff, HMS Ajax (BuShips Directive 2310-01)

CC: Captain Senior Grade Thomas C. Hathaway IV, RMN, Commanding Officer, HMS Ajax (BC-545)

Senior Chief Levi:

You are hereby directed and required to proceed aboard HMS Ajax (BC-545), there to take upon yourself the duties and responsibilities of Commanding Officer, relieving Captain Senior Grade Thomas C. Hathaway IV, RMN, in service to the Crown. Fail not in this charge at your peril.

Based upon the requirements of the service for your new billet, you are hereby brevetted to the rank of Captain, GSN.

The above directive is effective on this date, 01 October 2023.

The Bureau of Ships wishes to express appreciation and thanks to CAPTSG Thomas C. Hathaway IV for his service as Commanding Officer of HMS Ajax and wish him all success in his future endeavors.
