Re:	London Point Promotions (Corps Directive 02-1407)

One of my duties as Commandant is that I oversee the marines stationed at London Point. One of my duties is to promote those marines who have met the requirements for promotion as set forth in the various Admiralty Orders. After reviewing time-in-grade and courses taken the following individuals have been singled out for promotion:

1. Pvt. James Kissam (RMN-0925-12)
2. Pvt. Steven Worth (RMN-0932-12)
3. Pvt. Deborah Rose (RMN-0946-12)
4. Pvt. Tracy Lilly (RMN-0445-11)
5. Pvt. Jonathan Green (RMN-1097-12)
6. Pvt. Kevin Fox (RMN-1124-12)
7. Pvt. Dennis Bain (RMN-1258-13)
8. Pvt. Julian Himber (RMN-1380-13)
9. Pvt. Bev Newton (RMN-1528-13)

The Marines above have met the minimum time-in-grade and course requirements and are to be promoted as follows:

1. James Kissam to Master Sergeant
2. Steven Worth to Platoon Sergeant
3. Deborah Rose to Platoon Sergeant
4. Tracy Lilly to Master Sergeant
5. Jonathan Green to Platoon Sergeant
6. Kevin Fox to Platoon Sergeant
7. Dennis Bain to Master Sergeant
8. Julian Himber to Platoon Sergeant
9. Bev Newton to Lance Corporal
