Re:	Upgrade, Marine Detachment, HMS Black Rose (BC-520) (FORCECOM Order 1908-A)

By my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby order the upgrade of Marine Detachment aboard HMS Black Rose (BC-520) Captain (JG) Mitch Dunn commanding, and effective 03 August 2019.

The Black Rose Marine Detachment will be upgraded to a Battalion-sized echelon, assigned to 1st Corps, 10th Expeditionary Force, Lynx Regiment. MARDET Black Rose shall now be designated as 2nd Battalion, Lynx Regiment.

The composition of the Command Triad is as follows:

First Lieutenant William Kohlleppel is assigned as Commanding Officer, 2nd Battalion, Lynx Regiment, MARDET Black Rose. Lance Corporal Donald Doveri is assigned as Executive Officer, 2nd Battalion, Lynx Regiment, MARDET Black Rose. Master Sergeant Darrin Scholl as “Gunny”, 2nd Battalion, Lynx Regiment, MARDET Black Rose.

As befitting the above billets, I authorize the following brevets:

William Kohlleppel is brevetted to Major (O-4) Donald Doveri is brevetted to Captain (O-3) Darrin Scholl is brevetted to Sergeant Major (E-9)

Per Corps Directive 04-1808, all remaining billets will be assigned by the MARDET CO. The Office of COMFORCECOM will be available to assist as needed.
