As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby promote Patrick Lindsey to the position of Commanding Officer of the HMSS Greenwich with the rank of Captain (j.g.), in accordance with Admiralty Order 1407-01, effective immediately.
