BuShips Directive 1608-06 was issued on 23 August 2016 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes command for HMS Barbarossa.
Order Text
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on August 23, 2016, it is my duty to announce the change of command for HMS Barbarossa. This ship is assigned to Sixth Fleet, based in Metairie, LA.
The new Command Staff is:
- Commander Steven Rosenthal is assigned as Commanding Officer
- Lt. Commander James Conason, assigned as Executive Officer
The Bosun, and remaining crew are unchanged.
The following persons are breveted in rank:
- Steven Rosenthal to Commander
- James Conason to Lt. Commander
