As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint and promote Kim Niemeyer to Commander and order him to continue in the position of Staff Liaison Officer of the First Lord of the Admiralty. His responsibility is for coordinating all the awards issued by the Office of the First Lord of the Admiralty.
