The Licensing and Legal Committee is the administrative body under the Board of Directors responsible for the review of all licensing and legal matter with regards to The Royal Manticoran Navy: The Official Honor Harrington Fan Association, Inc. (TRMN).
As stipulated in the Bylaws it is Chaired by the President of the Board; and shall consist of the Executive Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Chief Legal Officer. This committee shall be charged with the handling of all licensing and legal issues referred by the Board of Directors.
