| Re: | Appointment of Consul General (Admiralty Order 1601-01) |
As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Captain (s.g.) Sir Wayne Bruns, KDE, OG, QBM, to the role of Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the 1701st fan groups. His responsibility will acting as an ambassador and liaison between The Royal Manticoran Navy and this Groups.
In this position, Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Bruns will report to the First Lord of the Admiralty as the head of the Civilians within The Royal Manticoran Navy.
This Officer is to be treated with the honours and respect afforded a position in the Diplomatic Corps.
