As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint the Baron New Essex, Robert Bulkeley, Jr. as Fourth Space Lord, BuComm, with the rank of Admiral of the Red, effective 20-APR-11.
These Officers are now afforded the honors and privileges associated with there above title.
