Re:	Appointment of Staff Intelligence Officer, FLA's Staff (Office of the FLA Order 2003-01)

As of the 9th of March, Captain (s.g.) Paul McPherson is appointed to the position of Staff Intelligence Officer for the First Lord of the Admiralty, with all rights and responsibilities associated with that role.
