Fleet Order 1603-C was issued 1 March 2016 by Commanding Officer Second Fleet. This order appointed SMCPO Daniel Stiglich to be Fleet Senior Master Chief Petty Officer of Second Fleet.

Effective 9 MARCH 2016, PWM2 DANIEL STIGLICH, RMN is hereby appointed FLEET MASTER CHIEF, SECOND (GRYPHON) FLEET (FMC2FL) and brevetted to the grade of E-10 SENIOR MASTER CHIEF PETTY OFFICER.
SMCPO Stiglich, you are hereby directed and required to repair aboard the flag to take up the staff duties of Fleet SMCPO, Second Fleet, concurrent with your duties as Engineering Department Senior NCO, HMS Valkyrie.
