BuComm Order 1804-02 was issued April 10th, 2018 by the Fourth Space Lord. This order deactivates a section of BuComm.

Effective immediately, the Department of Uniform Manuals within the Bureau of Communications is deactivated. All functions of the Department of Uniform Manuals will be assumed by the Department of Publications.
Chief Petty Officer David Fretz, GSN you have been reassigned from the Department of Uniform Manuals to the Department of Publications. Your billet remains unchanged. Please report to Captain Timko, GSN for further assignment.
