Corps Directive 02-1304 was issued 20 April 2013 under the authority of the Marshal of the Corps. It appoints the Commanding Officer, Fleet Marine Force.

As of the date of this Order, by my hand, and by the authority of the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I hereby appoint Greg Marchand to the position of Commanding Officer Marine Forces Command (COMFORCECOM) RMMC. Greg Marchand you are hereby ordered to London Point, Manticore, post haste where you will assume the office of Commanding Officer Marine Forces Command (COMFORCECOM) RMMC. You are also hereby brevetted to the rank of General.
