BuShips Directive 1411-03 was issued 01 November 2014 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It commissions HMS Achilles.

My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on November 1, 2014, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Achilles, BC-549. This is an Agamemnon Class Battle Cruiser and is assigned to the Third Fleet, based in Decatur, GA.
The following personnel are assigned to HMS Achilles, BC-549:
- Captain, j.g. Dave Weiner (and assigned as CO of HMS Achilles)
- Commander Mike Henigan (and assigned as XO of HMS Achilles)
- CPO Kelly Hilliard (and assigned as Bosun of HMS Achilles)
- Ensign David McCombs
- Ensign Dexter Guptil
- Petty Officer 3rd Class Finley Boyd
- Spacer 2nd Class Adam Ferguson
- Spacer 3rd Class Dougal Campbell
- Spacer 3rd Class Joanna Campbell
- Spacer 3rd Class Bill Steinen
- Spacer 3rd Class Aaron Lloyd
- Civilian One Judy Mincey
- Civilian One Valeria Palmer
As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are breveted in rank as indicated:
