BuShips Directive 1502-03 was issued on 11 February 2015 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes command of HMS Andromeda.

Effective as of 0001 Hours on February 11, 2015, it is my duty to announce a change of command for HMS Andromeda.
The new Executive Officer for HMS Andromeda is
