- S1C John Fairbairn, RMN (RMN-3944-16) is assigned as Ship’s Bosun, relieving LCDR Sir Jamey Salsburg, KDE, OC, RMN. Spacer Fairbairn is hereby breveted to the rank of CHIEF PETTY OFFICER, RMN.
The above order is effective on this date, 10 September 2017.
