}}}}. This is a Guadalcanal-class Heavy Amphibious Transport under the Command of Captain, j.g., Jan Cabrnoch and is assigned to the Seventh Fleet.

As of the date of Commissioning, the following personnel are brevetted to the indicated ranks below:

• Jan Cabrnoch to Captain, Junior Grade (assigned as CO, HMS Iwo Jima)
• Jan Tomicek to Major (O-4) (assigned as XO, HMS Iwo Jima)
