My fellow Manticorans,

Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on September 25, 2014, it is my duty to announce a change of Command for HMS Hydra, CLAC-19, under the command of Captain (s.g.) Melyssa Smith. This is Hydra Class LAC Carrier and is assigned to the Sixth Fleet, based in Norman, OK.

The new Bosun is CPO Scott Summers

The CO, XO, and remaining crew are unchanged at this time.
