BuShips Directive 1606-03 was issued 27 June 2016 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. It changes command of HMS Specter.

My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours (EST) on June 27, 2016, it is my duty to announce the change of command for HMS Specter.
The new Command Staff is:
- Commander Mari Bobet-Davis, assigned as Executive Officer, HMS Specter
The CO, Bosun, and remaining crew are unchanged.
The following persons are breveted in rank:
- Mari Bobet-Davis to Commander
