Captain (JG) Thomas Hathaway IV (RMN-5373-18) of HMS Ajax is hereby appointed to the position of Commandant, Saganami Island Technical Specialties College. Captain Hathaway is ordered to report to Commodore Crews at the Saganami Island Naval Academy to assume his station.
In line with the duties of this position Captain Hathaway is promoted to the rank of Captain(Senior Grade) with all the rights, privileges, and duties appertaining thereto.
