Effective as of 0001 Hours on August 23, 2012, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of HMS Manticore, SD-200. This is a Manticore Class Super Dreadnought under the Command of Captain, s.g. Kristen Leonard and is assigned to the First Fleet.
