BuShips Directive 2311-03 was issued 16 November 2023 under the authority of the Third Space Lord. This directive appoints a new Chief of Staff to BuShips.

Members of the Grand Alliance,
It is my pleasure to announce the appointment of Chief of Staff, Bureau of Ships, effective as of 0001 Hours on Monday, November 16st, 2023.
Master Chris Lynch, MGL, RMMM you are hereby ordered to report to the office of the Third Space Lord, Bureau of Ships, whereupon you shall assume the duties of Chief of Staff, Bureau of Ships, with all rights and responsibilities associated with that role.
Please report to my office, where we shall set up your desk and introduce you to the other members of the Bureau of Ships.
