Order of Tremaine
The Marksmanship Program aims to foster camaraderie through gaming by recognizing individuals who exceed expectations in their achievements. To support this mission, the Department of Marksmanship will maintain and publicly share a list known as the Marksmanship Mastery Order of Tremaine. This list will highlight participants who have attained High Expert status in 3, 5, 7, and 9 categories, encouraging ongoing engagement and participation. Each level of achievement will be accompanied by the following titles:
- At 3 High Expert Categories an individual is recognized as a Member
- At 5 High Expert Categories an individual is recognized as a Fireteam Leader
- At 7 High Expert Categories an individual is recognized as a Master
- At all 9 High Expert Categories an individual is recognized as a Grand Master
Rolling Scoreboard
We are excited to introduce a quarterly scoreboard that will track and highlight participants who earn the most credits within each quarter of the Marksmanship Program. This dynamic leaderboard will reset every three months, providing a fresh opportunity for all members to showcase their skills and compete for top honors. By fostering a spirit of friendly competition, the scoreboard will encourage ongoing engagement and motivation, allowing participants to continuously challenge themselves and aim for new heights in their marksmanship achievements.
Earning Multiple Awards
Once a member has achieved High Expert status in a category, they can further enhance their recognition by earning additional clusters or wreaths for their ribbon. For every 600 credits accumulated beyond their initial achievement, members will be authorized to add a cluster, wreath, or other device, depending on their total credits earned and their branch’s traditions. This system not only celebrates continued excellence but also encourages members to consistently engage in the program and strive for even greater accomplishments, creating a visual representation of their dedication and skill in marksmanship.
