My fellow Manticorans,
Effective as of 0001 Hours on November 4, 2012, it is my pleasure to announce the commissioning of the Pinnace Drake-01. This is a Pinnace under the Command of Lieutenant, j.g. Paul Rikard and is assigned to the HMS Drake and Third Fleet (Florence, AL).
The crew of this ship consists of:
- Ensign Robert Green (Assigned as XO of Pinnace Drake-01)
Additionally, the following persons are hereby breveted to the rank shown below:
- Paul Rikard to Lieutenant, j.g.
- Robert Green to Ensign
They will be recruiting additional members to form a full crew for a larger vessel.
