As of the date of this order, by my hand, and by the authority of Benjamin Bernard Jason Mayhew IX, Protector of Grayson.

At the request of the Office of Shipbuilding for a formally appointed Fleet COLAC I hereby appoint to this post:

Captain Sanders is hereby granted all rights and privillages in this office and is commanded to discharge his duties to the highest degree possible.
